Why no one (1) - must reside. (in Switzerland) And why the «Stars» Can,

After Months of waiting for an answer to the G Cross Border permit I highly recommend no one to Reside (just stay for 1 week untill 3 months) In Switzerland due to some factors that will make your life difficult for the long term -- in a row.

It is highly recommended for anyone to reside, in Serbia or Sweden but not in Switzerland that time, I could speak about my experience for 2025-2026.

The Big "-" Minus to Reside in Switzerland. for any one:

 - Expensive living cost (more than 30% or 50% higher than Sweden or Serbia).

- No good commercial opportunities, from my experience the commerce is not better in Switzerland than in Sweden - or Serbia + the one European Countries.

-Too much Migrants in «Zürich Kanton» and «Zug Kanton» Many Many French light workers arrived and replaced the German One's, that make the Price and Work (Hallo)Quality lower, Wages goes down for 30%>

-No Edge on the physical commerce, there are many Shops. but the e-commerce could be managed from Sweden or Serbia, then you could take the Advantage of cheaper living costs and access Swiss limited customers potential.

-Very or high fines and expensive transport tickets, the train and tram are 3 or 4 times the price of the Swedish tickets, the Serbian Transport tickets usually are Free of Charge.

-Working in Switzerland is usually no more profitable than to work in "Sweden" for anyone, you need to study the commercial market before going there and decide if it will be viable for your activity.

-Corruption Problems, depsite to be "Rich", there is a lot of Corruption in the Migration department, prepare a Budget accordingly before to apply for any Permit, Probably the Workers are not paid or enough paid  if they are corrupt.

-Don't expect state 💰 money, if you are a Foreigner don't ask any money to Switzerland. Even if you are a Tax payer, The Kanton or city will try not to pay,(for example they don't pay back VAT to my Swiss Association and don't pay money as familly benefits for my 2 Child's registered in Poland.)

What is now the "+" to live in Switzerland ?

 -Switzerland will remain a neutral state with a beautiful nature.

-Easy to open a legal structure as Foundation or Association, a little more difficult for Limited and private enterprises.

-For anyone the best «Kanton» (canton) to establish are Zụ̈rich and Luzern, if you are one don't expect to eadily do a fortune except if you have already some good capital. A Good, Art Seller* could earn 3000-4000.- per month in this regions. Much less gains than the 7000.- or 8000.- monthly few years ago.

-You could have success in some spheres if you are talented but don't expect to win Big easily, alone you could win no more than 20 to 30.- per Hour, it's no much higher than Sweden for example.

-If you are a Star or «5» light, this country is more adapted for you Honestly, You will have more Job offers and could be employed.

-Good Security and economic Freedom, Generally as non Aligned state you got a low tax and low dispute problems. 

-Easy registration and Stay in «Zug Kanton», it's easy to register in ezug your stay.

-Good Banking and Financial system, Stable and not corrupted financial system due to the Finma regulator. Your money in Good hands in the Swiss Banks due to the strict regulation.

-I could note the Living quality to Live in Switzerland - to 8/10 and 6.5/10 for the One economic viability balance point of view.(Domestic Market)

"I were Divorced" ! in Absentia from anna in 2023, (case 369/11191/23 of 19.07.2023,)

Today After continuing my Long Search for anna and my 2 child's, My Beloved David, and Odri, I found an access to the Ukrainian Database about civil cases, I paid the access to try to find out some informations as Nobody answered me from Ukraine and Ukrainian consulat were keeping silence.

This access costed me a Symbolic 108 UAH (around 2€) what I discovered is crazy, when I were trying to find Anna with the Russian Red Cross during my Russian Temporary Asylum in 2023, I discovered that she divorced me in Absentia depsite that we have common Child's and a Main Place of Residence (property), in the statement she mostly claim that it is in her Interest (short term) to Divorce: from me.(She had a parallel relation from 2021 with somebody from Ukrainian State)

Now I am going to appeal the Judgement in Absentia on the base that it's an Unfair decision by Ukraine, I were under international protection by Russia that time and she knew that I were abroad and looking for her.

(At that time I don't know the details of Divorce and cannot publish them publicly)

If Ukrainians Child's need Support Russia and Me, Remain ready to help as common grounded nations but this is Sad end of the Story with anna. I just updated this topic for the last time there on my blog.

Always with my *Moscow* Migration Card,

Unfortunately not getting the promessed Russian Domestic* Passport. I tried to contact the Kremlin to get this faster, I still keep my original and duplicate plastfied Migration Card*, always with me in case of Urgent return to the Homeland.

This Migration Cars is Valid forever with a probable renewal limit in 2035 or 2036 to update the data.

I am very proud to hold a Valid, Migration Card of Russian Federation (without expiration, date that demonstrate the trust of RF in me,) given by one, MVD, near Kremlin. (K)

Why Mooving to Serbia for a Good One, is Profitable!

Today I will describe you why "Serbia" for any one what want some Success could be and is likely the best option after "Russia" in the whole Europe.

The RS is composed of 3 systemic (Vojvodina, Kosovo, Beograd and rest of Serbia,) parts, some of them are independent part of Serbia, The «Vojvodina» is probably the region where you must live and most important work from if you are a E.U. Citizen or holder of a European Passport.

If you are holder of a Russian Passport or from East World Nations for you, you could successfully establish in all parts of "Serbia" without Security issues.

The Advantage for you to live in the RS if to compare with "Switzerland" or "Sweden".

+The living cost for Workers will be 30% or 40% cheaper that "Switzerland" or "Sweden".

+The Banking system is quite autonomous with their own payment system and cards , you are not under sanctions if you are from Russian Federation, 

+The "Serbian Dinar" is a very stable currency, one of the oldest, it is not easily convertible abroad but it is very stable,

+Very Good Postal infrastructure with low prices to ship goods abroad. very goof if you are a e-commerce seller or trader.

+Low prices to buy a House, you can buy a House from 20 000€ in Vojvodina.

+Easy company setup and e-signature, you can easily get a e-signature and open a PR or a d.o.o. in Belgrade, or Novi Sad; It is recommended to setup only in this 2 systemic city's.

+Easy registration with the local Police, others countries will require you a Resident permit But Serbia will register you without a permit just bring your Passport with an Entry Stamp, they will then issue a “White Card„ for you (you can keep this "white card forever„, obviously it is better to register in Novi Sad or Belgrad than others smaller cities.)

+Online Permit Application, this is done online and cost only around 100€, others Nations will charge you usually 2 or 3 times more than this cost for a plastic permit. (Armenia 1 year permit cost 230€ for example) + administrative fees

+Easy setup of PR and possibility (longer process) to open d.o.o. company's. Low management fees. Total cost to start, with translations is around 45€ for PR and 200€ for d.o.o. (administrative fees included)

You can consider "Serbia" as one of the few "unique" countries on the planet, if you are a "Human Being" interested to work remotely, if you sell services abroad or sell e-commerce goods to Europe then Serbia could be a very good Viable and long term option for you.

(Polish Banks) Under Bullish Period. Be Careful !!!

In the Today Article I would like to Inform you about the current Artificial Bubble Created around the Polish Banks, as one of Person Settled in that Country. It's Obvious than since 2023 a Bubble is created around the Polish Banks and most of them benefits of this situation that will not long last in my opinion.

There is currently since Middle 2023 a huge gain on Capital on Polish Banks that remain unexplained  by economic factors. The Value of many Polish Banks Double or Triple or more since 2023, according to my first opinion there is no ground for such a Huge gain of capital in a short period, there are several possihility's to Explain this, this could result in a Massive Fraud covered by someone in the Central Bank of Poland or by the  Financial Stock Exchange Manipulation that took place in Warsaw any day of the Week for most of Banks.

What I would recommend you if you use the Polish Banks for few years more only. Use a Non Quoted Polish Bank not quoted in the Stock Exchange Means that this Banks or Financial Institutions have much less Risk to be exposed to any Bullish operation.

If you are a user of Polish Banks I would rather recommand you to use the Postal Bank or Smaller Non Quoted local Banks as BFS or others local city non quoted Bank that could assure you against loss, as this Banks are not dependant of the Financial Markets and remain at low risk of Financial Artificial Value manipulation.

-Be Aware that your deposit are covered only up to 100 000€ equivalent and if you deposit more money in one Bank you could potentially loose all extra Money you had-
