Dear Loyal Readers, I would like to nform you that I am currently in Trip for around 10 Days in "Belgrade" and «vojvodjina»
I would like to inform you about main Steps of my Trip to establish a Business connexion for the next 20 years with Serbia, a close Strategic Partner of my Russian Federation, after the political shift of Armenia, I were in need to find and secure a long term alternative as Serbia, Shift definitely to Russia recently and limited ties with the European Union.

I will speak first about the ”Aerodrome„ Nicolas Tesla; it's a Great but a small airport with limited functions, the Airport is well equipped for Direct Flights but not so good for Transit Flights.
I am satisfied with that Airline "Air Serbia" flight quality price on that segment, little bit less satisfied by the Aerodrome services, infrastructure as it's as limited services and shopping, confort.
The Bus 72, is Free of Charge, in Belgrade the big advantage are Free, This is a Serious advantage, in Zuerich the Transport cost is high and cost at least 101.- per month but usuallz more about 300.- per month per adult.

Stay in New, Belgrade or Belgrade. The best place to stay to my opinion is New Belgrade, if you are in the Budiness Trip, if you are in simple Trip choose any hotel that fit your Budget and location from 10€ to 80€ per night.

-Belgrade Chinese Market visit in New Belgrade, The Market is less Good as Before. I were there 1 year ago (2025) and there were much more Sellers and diversity of goods, it seems similar as Yerevan Market situation degradating also, if you want to earn your life it's not the place to Trade as you will not be able to generate Middle or High income.
(The Chinese Market in New Belgrade), it'is a Big territory with many Chinese Shops, it is necessary to invest around 50 to 100 Millions Serbian Dinars to Modernize and Refresh it. I got the info that Sellers pays between 200 to 500€ per month for a Stand in this Market.
What make a (market) Successful and Durable ?
-"Diversity of Goods and interesting prices offers"
-"A Moderate Fee for Sellers, A regular seller will be interesting to come back if the fee is affordable."
-"Free or Moderate transport cost to the market, if the transport cost in the city is more than 20% of seller earnings it's not interesting to participate"
-"Advertisment of the Market in the city and by internet, deals with travel agency and airlines and transport company,s to advertise the place, Great communication needed".
How much could expect a good seller from a Weekly or Bi-Weekly Market ?
I can tell you by experience, if the market is managed good there will be some stability in the demand,
A Good Seller that sell popular goods of good quality could generate from 100 to 400€ per Day with around 5-20 customers in a Well arranged Market in a Middle city (400 000 people's)
